These Terms & Conditions sets out the rules for using our services and accommodation facilities at Sarangpur Trust Dharmshala ("we", "our", "us"). Your continued use of our website, or booking with us via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email, signifies your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions herein. If you disagree with any part of the Terms below, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Website & Services

The Sarangpur Trust Dharmshala website is primarily designed to provide information about accommodation and to enable room booking for devotees and guests. We expect users to supply real, full information when making inquiries or bookings. Any inappropriate use of the website, for example by giving incorrect details or trying to get unauthorized access, is forbidden.

2. Booking & Reservation

Sarangpur Trust Dharmshala will only confirm your reservation once you have paid the advance deposit and they send you your booking confirmation. The management retains the authority to decide on booking requests and can cancel any bookings for operational, safety, or policy reasons.

Guests are required to show a valid government-issued photo identity card when checking in. If the guest is unable to produce a valid ID, the booking may be cancelled, and no refund will be given.

3. Tariff & Payments

Without notice, room rates can change at any time. However, the rate confirmed during booking will be considered as the final rate. Payments should be done through the authorized payment channels only. The guest needs to settle any payment for extra services or goods immediately before check-out.

4. Cancellation & Refund

Anyone who cancels a booking or requests a refund will be subject to the Sarangpur Trust Dharmshala Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the policy before you confirm your booking.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

The times for checking in and out should be strictly adhered to as notified at the time of booking. Subject to availability, the hotel may allow early check-in/late check-out and may charge for the same accordingly.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are required to strictly observe good manners and show consideration for the religious, calm, and spiritual atmosphere that permeates the Dharmshala. Immediate eviction with no refund will be the consequence of any guest who causes disturbance, damages the property, or breaks the rules.

Within the premises, using alcohol or tobacco or doing anything that is against the law is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability Disclaimer

In no event shall Sarangpur Trust Dharmshala be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles. Guests should always look after their personal belongings.

8. Force Majeure

If the supply of services is interrupted, postponed, or discontinued due to a force majeure event such as a natural disaster, government regulation, etc., the management will not be held responsible.

9. Modification of Terms

The Sarangpur Trust Dharmshala has the authority to amend and/or update the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The updates will become binding on the users as soon as they are posted on the website.
